In the period of the 1'st of October to 31'st of December 2007, to get this Award you will need:

1. Radio amateurs of Russia, countries of CIS and Baltia will need 450 points to get.
In HF bands they'll get 45 points for R450W.. QSO series, and 10 points for all Bashkortostan QSO's (RA9W-RZ9W, UA9W-UI9W).
In UHF bands they'll get 45 points for any 9W stantion..
Replays of QSO's are allowed in different HF/UHF bands and different types of modes.

2. Radio amateurs of Europe and Asia will need to make not less than 10 QSO's with Bashkortostan stations. In HF bands Not less than 2 QSO's must be with R450W.. station series. Repeat of QSO's in different modes and HF and UHF bands are allowed.

3. Radio amateurs of South and North America and Africa will need to make not less than 5 QSO's with Bashkortostan stations. Not less than 1 QSO must be with R450W station series. Repeat of QSO's in different modes and frequencies are allowed.

The award is free. Payment is only for sending to your home address. For Russian stations - 40 rub. For CIS countries and Baltia - 50 rub (or 2 IRC). For foreign radio amateurs - 2 IRC. The payment with post stamps of Russia is allowed.

Info with data in any form about the QSO, must be send as a data from QSO journal, and the payment for the mail sending to the address: (George V. Nekhoroshev, Box 84, Ufa, 450096, Russia).
